Tumbleweed (sorry, it is a chain)

When: Wednesday, February 15th
What: Dinner

Yes, we did eat here out of desperation one night. I wanted a steak and didn't want to have to get dressed up. It was inexpensive. Hmmm...what else can I say. The service was really bad, the food was mediocre, but hey, I got a steak....wouldn't do it again, but what do you want from a low end chain restaurant that prides itself on being from Texas when they are really from Kentucky?

Enough said, except for White Carrots and that you'd go back for 99cent Margarita Mondays.

If you folks knew HALF as much as I do about health department inspections and 'chain' restaurants vs. mom and pop restaurants, you wouldn't be such pretentious assholes with chains. Whenever we inspected these small establishments there were rat droppings, roaches, and raw food left all out on the counters. Chain restaurants rarely ever had any issues because they are held accountable by corporate that visits at least once a month to check up on everything---which is more often than the Health Depts. do. So THERE!
